We collect identification and contact details, messages submitted through the contact form, navigation data, and any health information you voluntarily share during a consultation.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process data to respond to enquiries, manage consultations and services, meet legal and accounting obligations and, where expressly consented, handle health-related information under Articles 6 and 9 of the GDPR.
4. Processing and retention
Data is protected using suitable technical measures. Contact data is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact; contractual records for 10 years where required by law; health information for the duration of the programme or until a valid deletion request.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with authorised professionals and technology providers acting as processors. Any transfer outside the EU is protected by appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
